On April 23, Minister Liu Zhengjie of Tianjin Bohai Vocational and Technical College and the school leaders visited the Shanghai headquarters of Morteng Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd,to discuss the school-enterprise cooperation strategy. Mr. Pan Mujun and Xu Yingxiang, Deputy General Manager of Morteng Technology, and Senior Manager of Personnel Department entertained and warmly welcomed Minister Liu Zhengjie's visit.

Tianjin Bohai Vocational and Technical College was established in 1958. It is a full-time public higher vocational school approved by the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. There are more than 10,000 high-level vocational students. It was approved by the Ministry of Education in December 2019. The Ministry of Finance is included in the fourth category of high-level professional group construction units.

Vice President Pan Mujun led the school leaders to visit Morteng Technology's laboratory and manufacturing workshop, and gave a detailed introduction to the existing production experimental equipment. Minister Liu and his school leaders highly praised Morteng Technology for its R&D, production and quality ability and capabilities.

Minister Liu Zhengjie introduced the faculty of Tianjin Bohai Vocational and Technical College at the meeting, and elaborated on the student personnel structure, school internship and employment policies, etc. He also expressed his opinion on behalf of the college, hoping to speed up the establishment of a stable relationship with Morteng Technology School-enterprise cooperation, sharing the results of mutual benefit and win-win results of high-quality employment for students and vocational technology to help enterprises develop better.

After in-depth exchanges and discussions on the development of school-enterprise cooperation, the two parties signed a school-enterprise cooperation contract.
