In addition, Moteng regularly carries out training, evaluation, monitoring and other activities to ensure the effective operation of the green supply chain.
4. The green supply chain organization diagram is as follows:

5. Formulate management systems and standards: In order to standardize the effective implementation of green supply chains, our Moteng Company has formulated a series of relevant green supply chain management system documents (as shown below) and enterprise green production assessment standards in response to the national requirements for enterprise energy conservation and emission reduction. It has implemented the green concept in every product design, procurement, manufacturing, recycling and treatment with an overall systematic viewpoint. The "Green Supply Chain Management System" and the "Green Production Management System" are as follows:

(II) Green design.
1. Raw material selection: Moteng incorporates environmental factors and pollution prevention measures into product design during the design stage, and takes environmental performance as the product's design goal and starting point, striving to minimize the impact of the product on the environment. During the entire life cycle of the product, focus on considering and designing the requirements of the product such as detachability, recyclability, maintainability, and reusability, highlighting the concepts of "ecological awareness" and "protecting the environment". Today, Moteng has achieved the best resource utilization, minimum energy consumption, "zero pollution principle", "zero damage" and the best ecological economic benefits of green design implementation results by always insisting on not using the banned substances specified in the RoHS and REACH instructions in the selection of raw materials.
2. Relevant specifications: "QP-007-02 Technical Center Design Specifications".
3. Product structure design: As the basis and premise of the green supply chain, Moteng adopts a green design concept in product design. By establishing design principles such as "lightweight, modularity, standardization, versatility, interchangeability and replaceability", the product structure and materials are designed from a low-carbon perspective in the entire life cycle of the product and on the premise of meeting the requirements of existing customers' product design standards, so as to achieve product life extension and reuse, etc., so that product production can achieve the purpose of fundamentally preventing pollution as much as possible.
4. Production process design: Moteng has made corresponding improvements to the production process (as shown in the figure below), actively optimized the process flow, process layout, process methods and process parameters in the production process, providing a solid foundation for green production.

5. Packaging design: As global attention to environmental issues continues to increase, green and environmentally friendly de-plastic packaging design has become increasingly important in the fields of industrial packaging and transportation packaging. Plastic pollution has become a global problem, especially in the packaging and transportation industry, where a large amount of plastic is used to protect products and facilitate transportation. Therefore, seeking effective deplastic packaging solutions is not only an important manifestation of corporate social responsibility, but also an urgent need to maintain the earth's environment. In response to the national "14th Five-Year Plan" green development plan for industrial enterprises, Moteng revised the system based on the original "Product Packaging Specifications" (document number: MT-RS-470-A0) based on the complete analysis of the product development cycle and cost (the document number of the revised "Product Packaging Specifications" is MT-RS-470-A3), and designed the design materials such as reducing, recyclable, degradable, low-carbonization, and harmless. At the same time, Moteng optimized the design links to make the product have the function of reusability. The purpose of green design is to abandon the traditional "pollution first, then governance" environmental model and implement a low-carbon environmental protection plan of "source governance". For example: Moteng is currently equipped with conductive poles and conductive ring processes, and no longer uses disposable materials, saving materials and environmental protection; loading wooden boxes realize recycling cleaning function through recycling. The packaging diagram of environmentally friendly cartons is as follows:

(III) Green production.
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the need to cultivate and develop new quality productivity is to develop green productivity, and to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of development modes, and to continuously stimulate new momentum for the development of new quality productivity with new achievements in green development. As the key to the green supply chain, Moteng has established a green production model, aiming to save energy and reduce pollution, and through management and technology, it can reduce or eliminate the damage to the environment by production, and ultimately achieve the goal of maximizing the prevention and control of pollution and improving efficiency.
1. System certification management: In 2022-2025, Moteng successfully passed the ISO 9001 and GB/T 19001 quality management system (number: 08922Q51543R0M) (as shown in the figure below), environmental management system certification, and China occupational health and safety management system certification, and the certificate is within the validity period.

2. On-site audit and correction mechanism
Independent Audit: Entrust international human rights organizations (such as Verité, Fair Labor Association) to conduct on-site inspections without advance notice on-site inspections of high-risk suppliers, focusing on:
Authenticity of employee ID and employment contract
Payment records and restrictions on freedom of movement
Dormitory conditions and entry and exit control measures
Level rectification: A three-level response mechanism of “observation-rectification-exit” is launched for suppliers with signs of violations, and those who fail to complete the rectification within 90 days will permanently terminate the cooperation.
3. Transparency of technology empowerment
Blockchain Traceability: Apply blockchain technology in high-risk categories such as minerals and agricultural products to record the entire process of labor data from the place of origin to the finished product.
Big Data Warning: Analyze supplier financial data, employee turnover and complaint records through AI algorithms to identify potential forced labor risks.
3 . Employee protection and empowerment plan
Moteng is committed to building a "protective network" for global employees to resist exploitation:
Free employment: It is prohibited to restrict employees’ freedom of resignation by seizing documents, collecting deposits or debt constraints. All labor contracts are signed in writing in the employee’s native language.
Enterprise education: The "Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Identification Training" is carried out every year to help employees understand their rights and reporting channels, with a training coverage rate of 100%.
Immigrant Workers Protection: Provide legal aid in native language, fair salary and safe return support for foreign workers, and eliminate "recruitment fee fraud" and passport seizure.
4. Reporting and relief mechanism
Anonymous reporting platform: Open the 24/7 multilingual reporting hotline (+XXX-XXX-XXXX) and encrypted email (ethics@morton.com) to protect the whistleblower from retaliation.
Victim Assistance: Work with local NGOs to provide emergency shelter, psychological counseling and reemployment support for exploited workers, and assist the judicial department in holding criminals accountable.
5. Industry collaboration and public advocacy
Motten actively participates in the global anti-slavery initiative:
Industry Leadership: Join the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and the Anti-Slavery Partnership (ASPIRE) to share supply chain management best practices.
Policy Advocacy: International platforms such as the G20 Business Summit call for strengthening cross-border law enforcement cooperation and promoting the revision of outdated labor law provisions.
Public Education: Disclosure of progress in high-risk supply chain rectification through the annual Human Rights Impact Report to enhance consumers’ awareness of anti-exploitation.
6. Transparency and Accountability
High-level Accountability: The Board of Directors has a "Human Rights and Ethics Committee" under which independent directors supervise the implementation of this statement and report to the shareholders' meeting.
Third-party verification: Receive independent certification of the anti-slavery system by international audit agencies (such as KPMG) every three years, and the results are made public.
Conclusion
Moteng Company knows that eradicating slavery and human trafficking requires persistent commitment and systematic action. We will take this statement as the cornerstone to continuously improve the human rights protection mechanism, work together with the government, civil society and industry partners to make unremitting efforts to build an exploitative global supply chain ecosystem.
