On the evening of October 23rd, the third quarter staff meeting of Morteng Company was successfully held in the conference room of Wisdom and Business school. The meeting was presided over by Yuan Xiao from the Marketing Center and Zhang Qiao from the Personnel Administration Department. Chairman Wang Tianzi attended the meeting.

Quality Enhancement Month Activities

Quality is the cornerstone of the long-term survival of an enterprise. From October to December, it is the "Quality Enhancement Month" of Morteng Company. Mr. Chen of the Quality Center shared the theme of "do the right thing corretly at the first time".

"Quality PK activity" is a method to introduce a competitive gambling mechanism into quality management. Morteng's "Quality PK Activities" for several months have not only created a good quality culture atmosphere, but also substantially improved product quality.

There is no perfect individual, only a perfect team. We still need to make persistent efforts in the fourth quarter to be fully prepared for 2022.

Quarterly Star Awards

General Manager Pan of the Delivery Center presented the "Star of the Third Quarter" honorary award to eight outstanding employees from the workshop group and the office group.

Quarterly work special contribution award

Chairman Wang presented the "Quarterly Work Special Contribution Award" to six employees from the General Manager's Office, the Personnel Administration Department and the Production Department.

Special Contribution Award

Dr. Zhang from the Technology Center, graduated from Tongji University, is the first outstanding technical talent introduced by Morteng after the implementation of the core talent introduction strategy in 2021. In recognition of Dr. Zhang's outstanding contribution to the research and development of new products, Chairman Wang awarded him the "Special Contribution Award".
