Wind power carbon brush holder
The carbon brushes of the wind power phase are in contact with the surface of the collector ring of the doubly-fed generator to transmit large currents by friction and play a role in transmitting current. The grounding carbon brush is used on the shaft extension end of the generator to protect the shaft extension end bearing. Lightning protection carbon brushes are installed on the main shaft, yaw, and pitch of the wind turbine to conduct lightning current and effectively protect the bearings of the rotating parts.
