Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the electrical aspects of new product development projects, and fully accountable for the quality, delivery schedule, and functionality of the assigned new products.

2. Prepare design drawings and organize internal departmental reviews;

3. Possess risk management and control capabilities, conduct thorough risk assessments for the company’s products, and implement preventive and corrective measures.

4. Possess the capability to conduct on-site surveying and mapping as well as on-site installation, and the ability to perform technical analysis of product quality and related issues; be able to provide feasible recommendations and improvement plans for identified problem areas.

5. Assist engineers in selecting electrical components;

6. Complete the project’s electrical drawings and technical documentation;

7. Provide guidance on conducting performance tests of electrical components on site, among other tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design or Electrical Engineering preferred;

2. At least 5 years of work experience in electrical design or in a motor manufacturing plant, with proven experience as a project development leader; prior experience in wind power or photovoltaic design is preferred.

3. Basic English conversation skills; CET-4 or above.

4. Proficient in WORD, EXCEL, OFFICE, and CAD; capable of using EPLAN software to create electrical schematics; familiar with AD and Protel software, among others.

5. Able to accurately assess and analyze technical and process-related issues.

Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Comply with all company rules and regulations and follow the work assignments of superiors;

2. Responsible for new product R&D projects, with full accountability for the quality, delivery schedule, and functionality of the assigned new products.

3. Possess risk management and control capabilities, conduct thorough risk assessments for the company’s products, and implement preventive and corrective measures.

4. Possess the capability to conduct on-site surveying and mapping, on-site installation, and after-sales maintenance, as well as the ability to perform technical analysis of product quality issues; be able to provide feasible recommendations and improvement plans for identified problem areas.

5. During the early design phase, responsible for liaising with the client’s technical department to obtain first-hand input data for new product design;

6. Prepare 3D design drawings for the proposed solution and organize internal review within the department;

7. Submit the design proposal to the procurement department or the customer’s technical department, be responsible for communicating and explaining the design proposal, and obtain the customer’s signed-off design drawings.

8. Responsible for preparing process control documentation during the design phase;

9. Design of the final assembly drawing, breakdown of part drawings, preparation of engineering drawings for individual parts, and generation of the bill of materials;

10. Thoroughly understand and master the production techniques for all company products, and promptly implement process improvements and provide technical guidance to address any technical challenges encountered during production.

11. Provide technical support for the products under your responsibility; when necessary, travel to wind farms to conduct on-site inspections of component operating conditions.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, aged 25–35; candidates with a background in Mechanical Design or Electrical Engineering are preferred.

2. 3–5 years of work experience in mechanical design and machining; prior experience in a motor manufacturing plant or within the same industry is preferred.

3. Proficient in English conversation; preference given to candidates with CET-6 or higher.

4. Proficient in WORD, EXCEL, OFFICE, and CAD; must be proficient in at least one 3D software, with preference given to candidates who can use SolidWorks.

5. Able to accurately assess and analyze technical and process-related issues.

CNC Lathe Operators (4 positions)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and calculate the machining process based on the workpiece shape and dimensions, material, and technical requirements specified in the part drawing, and then input the program into the CNC system of the CNC lathe.

2. Proficient in using the KND system to produce qualified machined parts, perform machine tool maintenance and upkeep, and carry out other auxiliary tasks;

3. Troubleshoot and eliminate various malfunctions during the operation of CNC lathes.

Job Requirements:

1. Requires at least a secondary vocational school education;
2. More than 2 years of experience operating CNC lathes, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, a solid understanding of machining processes for common parts, and the capability to design simple tooling and fixtures.
3. Possess knowledge of machine tool maintenance and related procedures, strictly comply with the company’s equipment management policies and procedures, and be capable of operating equipment independently.

Wire Cutting (2 positions)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in operating wire EDM equipment and performing wire EDM machining on parts according to the machining drawings.
2. Possess solid experience in the maintenance and upkeep of CNC wire-cutting machines, and be responsible for 5S management and safety within the assigned area.
3. Cooperate with work assignments and complete tasks on time while ensuring quality and efficiency.

2. Prior experience in factory machining is preferred;

3. Willing to follow assignments, in good health, hardworking and resilient, down-to-earth, and stable.
