Moteng Company has joined forces with Shenzhen Zhongxu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., one of the top three training firms in China, to launch a deep collaboration based on co-building, co-sharing, and co-win, with the aim of establishing an empowerment-oriented learning organization—Moteng Zhihe Business School. As the company’s business guidance and management body for all education and training initiatives, Moteng Zhihe Business School plans to invest more than RMB 1 million annually over the next few years to deliver systematic training programs for employees at all levels, covering corporate culture and values, managerial skills, and professional expertise, thereby comprehensively developing a pool of talent aligned with Moteng’s internationalization strategy.

We are committed to uncovering and preserving the intellectual assets embedded in the Moteng DNA, developing a distinctive talent-development model unique to Moteng, cultivating a new generation of leaders and managers, accelerating the growth of critical specialized talent, and driving the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives and the advancement of industry development.
1. Cultivating Intelligent Assets: Structuring Moteng’s knowledge and experience into a portfolio of high-quality intelligent asset deliverables, including core values, curricula, instructors, processes, methodologies, and toolkits, among others.
2. Talent Development Model: It is essential to establish a comprehensive mechanism that integrates talent management with performance management, creating a platform-based environment at the strategic level to build a robust talent pipeline. This will institutionalize a new normal of strategic talent development, ensuring greater specificity, faster delivery, and higher quality in talent training.

Functional Positioning
1. Train and develop internal management and technical personnel;
2. Train suppliers and external partners to ensure compliance with company requirements;
3. Provide consulting services and recommend solution proposals to all functional departments;
4. Provide a pipeline of talent for Moteng through new-hire training and on-the-job training (OJT).
5. Conduct academic exchanges on industry knowledge to provide Moteng with advanced management concepts and best practices;
6. Shape the Morun corporate brand image and cultivate and promote Morun’s corporate culture. 。
